==How to Work on a Page==
* Click on the **Edit This Page** button at the top of the page
* Add text, pictures, videos, files, links to webpages and media.
* Click Preview to see what the page will look like before saving.
* Click Save

* Use the formatting buttons on the toolbar.

* Click on External Link and type or paste the web URL

* Highlight the word you'd like to link to.

* To link to an existing page, pull down and select the page name you would like to link to.
* To create a new page, either keep the name of the word you highlighted or write a new page name.

* Find the place where you would like the anchor.
* Type in this code:

* You can't actually Undo something you just did like in a word processor, but you can revert back to the page before you saved it.
* Click on 'history' on top of the page you want to revert
* Select the version you would like to go back to, by clicking on the revision in the date column

How to Create a Personal Icon

<span style="display: block; text-align: left">Students LOVE to personalize their icons and doing so is easy. Here is how:</span>
<span style="display: block; text-align: left">1. First, they need to find an icon that they want to use. Here are some safe links</span>
<span style="display: block; text-align: left">to find kid’s icons. Your students may know of other places to find icons.</span>

<span style="display: block; text-align: left">2. Next, they need to save the icon to their computer. Windows: Point your cursor</span>
<span style="display: block; text-align: left">to the icon and right click. A menu will appear. Click on Save Picture As. Save</span>
<span style="display: block; text-align: left">the picture to the desktop or a folder.</span>
<span style="display: block; text-align: left">3. Log into the wiki. After students log on with their username and password, they</span>
<span style="display: block; text-align: left">need to click on My Account in the upper right corner of the screen. That will take</span>
<span style="display: block; text-align: left">them to their user information. They should not change **<span style="color: #427c64"><span style="font-family: Arial-BoldMT">anything </span></span>**<span style="color: #427c64"><span style="font-family: ArialMT">on that page,</span></span></span>
<span style="display: block; text-align: left">however, if they click on Change Picture in the upper left corner they can upload</span>
<span style="display: block; text-align: left">the saved picture for their icon by clicking on Browse, finding the picture on the</span>
<span style="display: block; text-align: left">computer, then clicking Upload. After that, the students will be prompted to</span>
complete the uploading process.
